GlaxoSmithKline – New R&D Laboratory Carrigtwohill
Installation of new services to new research laboratory. Services installations include:
- LPHW heating plant and pumps
- CHW plant and pumps
- Installation and commissioning of new air handling units and chillers
- Installation of air-to-water heat pumps and buffer vessels
- New ducted air conditioning systems, heat recovery units and grilles
- New hot and cold water services with new water storage tanks and central hot water calorifiers and associated pumping systems
- New soils and waste systems, sanitary ware
- Installation of fire fighting systems
- Installation of fire suppression system
