Installation of new services to new prestigious city centre office complex. Services installations include:
- Installation of air-to-water heat pumps and buffer vessels
- New hot and cold water services with new water storage tanks and central hot water calorifiers and associated pumping systems
- New soils and waste systems, sanitaryware
- Installation of firefighting dry riser systems
