Project Description
Office of Public Works – Numerous regional office refurbishments and garda station upgrades.
Installation of new services to existing and new OPW premises. Services installations include:
- LPHW heating plant and pumps
- New air conditioning systems, heat recovery units and grilles
- New hot and cold water services with new water storage tanks and central hot water calorifiers and associated pumping systems
- New soils and waste systems, sanitaryware
- Installation and commissioning of BMS
