South Coast Sales– New Central Distribution Warehouse and Offices
Installation of new services to existing extensive warehouse. Services installations include:
- New gas-fired radiant heater system for main warehouse
- New fire-hose reel ring-main for main warehouse
- New ducted air conditioning systems, heat recovery units and associated grilles
- New hot and cold water services with new water storage tanks and central hot water calorifiers and associated pumping systems
- New soils and waste systems, sanitaryware
- Installation and commissioning of BMS
